Our winter break is coming to an end and we decided that taking a walk to the yarn shop would be a great way to spend an hour (or two). I called my mom who also just lives a few block away and she dropped her plans to meet us.
My mom and I are always giving each other gift certificates here so we each had a some money to spend. In fact, we're usually shopping for each other so I can only think of one other time that we've been here together. Plus they were having a sale! Could it get any better?

I left with a few skeins but it was more about the outing. I think we all agree that it was a great afternoon.

I can walk to the fabric shop...but if I could walk to the yarn shop I would be in big, big trouble!!!
