Today was a tough one for me. Lots of ideas but because it was Saturday I decided to keep it simple and fun. The girls and I headed out to the library with the kite "Gecka" along for the ride. It was a beautiful day with mild 85 degree temperatures and just enough wind for kite flying. What made today so great was watching Ava fly it all by herself. She is getting so much bigger, more mature. I can tell she is noticing a shift toward young adulthood and she is embracing it with pride.
And this little one, well she is still little and I am savoring every minute of it.
