I made these potholders as a (belated) housewarming gift for my brother. Well, I guess more for my sister-in-law. I've made them before (here) using Amanda from Soule Mama's pattern in Handmade Home. This time I altered it a little and used a new method for the binding tape. Amy Karol put together a clever little video, no swearing bias tape method, that worked like a charm. Thank you Amy.
It requires a little extra sewing but it is so worth it.
I'm pretty happy with how they came out. I may have to make a few more for myself.
