Craft Hope Bracelets for Orphan Outreach
Two weeks into summer and I finally took down that May list I keep talking about. Just to clarify, this was a list of events for ONE of my kid's May activities, not to mention my school's obligations plus end of year parties etc. Okay. I think I'm finally over it. Time to move on.
So what have I been doing with all my free time?
First on my creative list was to make 100 bracelets for Craft Hope project 12: orphan outreach. The girls and I have been stringing beads and braiding our little hearts out. They are going out in the mail today.
FYI: If you have a bazillion melt beads like we do they also work great for making bracelets.
I thought I'd have a sweater finished and multiple sewing projects to post by now but honestly I've been content to just host play dates, build forts, read juvenile fiction and boogieing to Just Dance.
Yes, there will be craft time but for now the kids are getting my full attention and we couldn't be happier.

Some of my favorite memories as a kid on summer vacation are making forts in the living room! What a great way to start out the summer. :)
Wow! You did a great job making all those bracelets. Your girls look so sweet. What good little helpers.
:)
100!!!! WOW! Way to go!
