There are peppers popping up everywhere in the garden. I looked up several salsa recipes but ended up just just throwing the following ingredients into the food processor.
- 6 Anaheim peppers (broiled and peeled, stems removed)
- 4 tomatoes (broiled, peeled and seeded)
- 4 green onions
- 2 cup cilantro (give or take)
- 2 cloves garlic
The result was a pretty darn good spicy salsa.
