We spent a very wintery weekend in the White Mountains at my parents cabin with my brother and his family. The few days we were away were a perfect balance of fun and relaxation, just like a vacation should be.
We went skiing and sledding and had a snowball fight. We drank hot cocoa, watched movies and curled up with knitting and books. The kids played upstairs and downstairs and under our feet. It was perfect.
We enjoyed every minute, right down to the beautiful drive home. I'm feeling refreshed and ready to take on another week.
