Today was Ava's last day of second grade. While she was at school Erin and I baked cookies for the teachers and ran a few errands. I did also manage to finally finish my Fourth of July Featherweight Cardigan. It will be perfect for the mid summer smore making and firework watching. It is so soft and light that I may just start a pink this week. First I'll enjoy that feeling of accomplishment that comes along with end of a project. This sweater was started back in March but it has been a very long two months.

I love how that cardigan turned out! I'm thinking next winter I am casting on a summer cardigan...to get me through it...ya know?
